Testimonials

The course gives a comprehensive overview of what colleagues need to know about their return to work and the changes put in place to keep them and our customers safe whilst in our stores. It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and comes with a 10 question quiz to check for understanding and I believe given it has been provided by the NAJ our teams will have even more confidence returning to work.

So pleased the NAJ was able to provide a Covid 19 webinar and online course to all jewellery retailers before they reopen to the public. The course is easy to follow, very visual and has all the information you want your staff to have in order to feel confident before returning to their place of work.

It also works as a tick list to ensure employers have put the correct measures in place to ensure their staff and customers are safe during this unprecedented, difficult time.
